Final funeral arrangements were made this afternoon.  Coreen's Funeral will be Saturday March 2 at 3:00pm at the Edge School (33055 Township Rd 250, Calgary)  This school is in Springbank across the highway from Calaway Park (located at the Spring Bank airport).  Due to size of the funeral the graveside will be limited to the family . Coreen's request was for a simple funeral and will be cremated thus there is not a need to involve a funeral home.  The lunch following the funeral is being coordinated by Jen Jorden (403.210.1393). if you are bringing any trays please use disposable dishes.  Parking is limited so please carpool if you can.

Hello All,

Coreen passed away peacefully 8:45 Friday night.  Her race is done, and the victory won.  Once the arrangements have been made the details will be posted.

Coreen's physical condition has slipped overnight and now sleeps most of the day.  She often isn't aware of people coming and going. As a result I would like to encourage people check in with the family prior to going in to see her as she is resting.

Today Coreen was moved to the Agape Hospice; she has a private room that is comfortable.  In recent days her motor functions have been slowing down and has needed more care.  She felt that the time was right to move to the Hospice.  Thanks again for each ones love, thoughts, care, and heart felt prayers.
